蛋壳粉部分替代石粉对蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质的影响

摘要:本试验旨在研究蛋壳粉部分替代石粉对蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质的影响。选择25周龄蛋鸡180只,随机分成4组,每组3个重复,每个重复15只鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别用1%、2%、3%的蛋壳粉等量替代基础日粮中的石粉。结果显示,Ⅱ组的产蛋率显著高于Ⅰ组和对照组(P<0.05),各组之间蛋重和日采食量无显著差异(P>0.05),Ⅱ组料蛋比显著低于其他各组(P<0.05)。Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组蛋壳强度极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。Ⅲ组蛋白高度与哈氏单位极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。各组之间蛋黄颜色与蛋壳厚度差异不显著(P>0.05)。由结果可知,用2%蛋壳粉等量替代日粮中的石粉可以显著提高蛋鸡产蛋率,降低料蛋比;用1%、2%、3%蛋壳粉等量替代石粉可以极显著提高鸡蛋的蛋壳强度;3%蛋壳粉组鸡蛋的哈氏单位最高。

Abstract:In order to study the effects of partial substitution of limestone meal with eggshell meal on production performance and egg quality of laying hens, 180 laying hens aged 25 weeks were randomly divided into 4 groups with 3 replicates in each group and 15 hens in each replicate.

1%, 2% and 3% egg shell meal were used to replace the limestone meal in the basal diets respectively in group Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ, while the control group was fed with basal diet.The results showed that the laying rate of groupⅡwas significantly higher than that of group Ⅰ and control group (P<0.05),andthere was no significant difference in egg weight and daily feed intake among the 4 groups.Feed to egg ratio of group Ⅱ was significantly lower than that of other groups (P<0.05). The eggshell strengths of groupⅠ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ were significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.01), and the albumen height and Haugh unit of group Ⅲ were extremely significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.01). There was no significant difference in yolk color and eggshell thickness among the 4 groups (P>0.05). The results indicated that 2% eggshell meal substituting for the same amount of stone meal in the diet can significantly improve the laying rate and reduce the feed to egg ratio; 1%, 2%, 3% eggshell meal could significantly increase the eggshell strength; 3% eggshell meal group had the highest Haugh unit.
